Oats Dosa

Easy Oats Dosa

1 cup oats (powder finely in a blender or mixie)
1/2 cup rawa or samonella
1/2 cup rice powder
1 greenchilly
1/2 tsp jeera, cumin seeds
A pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients with a litle water and make a thick batter. Leave aside for 10 minutes and make yummy dosas.
